Find answers to our most frequently asked questions below.
Where did the name Aupreez™ come from?
Whew! That's a long story. Ask me again tomorrow!
Who is the creator of Aupreez™?
Me! I am just A Friendly Artist!
Oh, and I'll be the one answering the rest of the questions from here on out. Sometimes, I can be long-winded, but I'll try to keep it short and sweet.
Why do you call the experience painting sessions instead of painting classes?
Painting classes are typically led by a teacher or instructor who teaches you how to create your art.
Our painting sessions are led by you, the Artist. With simple written instructions, and light guidance from our friendly Artist Assistants, you'll be able to create your artwork like a pro.
How much experience do I need?
None! If you're successfully reading this, and you can even halfway decently trace, trust me, you'll be just fine!
How much does a session cost?
When purchased online, we offer 3 different canvas sizes for each individual painting session.

How long is a painting session?
All public painting sessions are 4 hours long. On average, it comfortably takes 2.5-3 hours to complete a portrait from start to finish.
We encourage guests to mingle with others throughout the session, so we feel 4 hours is enough time to complete your portrait while intereacting with others.
