CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are subject to the cancellation policy below.


Bookings must be cancelled by the person who made the initial reservation.


Reservations must be cancelled directly from the website. We cannot cancel your reservation for you. Cancel below.


  • Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the reservation start time will receive a refund (minus booking fees) to the original payment method.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the reservation start time will NOT receive a refund.
  • No calls/No Shows will NOT receive a refund.
  • To reschedule a confirmed reservation, you must cancel your original reservation, then make a new reservation.
  • If you are late to your scheduled reservation, you will still be permitted into the experience. However, you will not be granted additional time beyond the reservation end time, and no refund or credit will be given.


Initial refund processing typically takes 2-3 business days on our side.
